This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine introduces changes to the distribution of the educational subvention from the state budget to local budgets for the creation of a modern educational space in 2025. In particular, there is a redistribution of funds between the budgets of the Sumy City, Mykolaivka Settlement, and Lypova Dolyna Settlement territorial communities.

The first point directly amends the appendix to the order of the CMU No. 554 of June 11, 2025, replacing the amount of funding for the Sumy City territorial community with funding for the Mykolaivka and Lypova Dolyna Settlement territorial communities. The second point obliges the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to make the corresponding changes to the state budget schedule.

Local self-government bodies of the Mykolaivka and Lypova Dolyna Settlement territorial communities should take into account the increase in funding when planning and implementing measures to create a modern educational space.
