This Decree of the President of Ukraine concerns personnel matters in the military sphere.
It consists of one concise clause, which confers the military rank of Major General upon Brigadier General Олександр Григорович Птиця, who holds the position of Head of the Eastern Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The most important provision of this Decree is the direct conferral of a military rank, which indicates recognition of the merits and professional level of the respective person.
