Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1189
This regulation imposes provisional anti-dumping duties on certain headless screws imported from China. The duties, ranging from 62.3% to 80.7%, aim to counteract the unfairly low prices that harm EU manufacturers. Importers need a specific commercial invoice with a signed declaration for individual company duty rates. Customs authorities are instructed to stop registering imports of these screws.
Commission Regulation (EU) 2025/1163
This regulation modifies maximum residue levels (MRLs) of certain pesticides in food. It lowers the MRL for chlorpropham in potatoes, adjusts monitoring obligations, and removes MRLs for fuberidazole, ipconazole, S-metolachlor, and triflusulfuron, setting new MRLs at the product-specific limit of determination. The regulation also introduces a new residue definition for ipconazole.
