**ORDER**
On Amending the Order of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine dated April 15, 2024 No. 295
In order to implement the Law of Ukraine “On the Central Executive Bodies”,
**I ORDER:**
1. To amend the Order of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine dated April 15, 2024 No. 295 “On Amending the Procedure for the Use of Funds by the Ukrainian Veterans Fund during Martial Law”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 06, 2024 under No. 692/42214, as follows:
1) in paragraph 1:
to replace the words “Paragraph 3 of Section I” with the words “Paragraph 4 of Section I”;
2) to amend the Annex to the Order by stating it in the new wording, which is attached.
2. The Directorate of Veterans’ Education and Business shall submit this Order for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This Order shall come into force from the date of its official publication.
4. Control over the implementation of this Order shall be vested in the Deputy Minister.

**Amendments to the Procedure for the Use of Funds by the Ukrainian Veterans Fund during Martial Law**
1. Paragraph 1 shall be stated as follows:
“1. This Procedure determines the mechanism for the use of funds provided to the Ukrainian Veterans Fund (hereinafter – the UVF) in the established order from the state budget to implement measures to support veterans, their family members, and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine during martial law (hereinafter – the measures).”.
2. In paragraph 3:
1) Subparagraph 1 shall be stated as follows:
“1) implementation of programs (projects, measures) to support veterans, their family members, and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine;”;
2) Subparagraph 7 shall be stated as follows:
“7) coverage of expenses related to the UVF’s activities in accordance with the approved estimate, including expenses for: salaries and accruals, business trips, office maintenance, payment for communication services, utilities, services for current repairs of premises, equipment maintenance, acquisition of office equipment and inventory, payment for information and consulting services, legal services, audit services, postal services, bank services, mandatory payments to the state budget, property insurance, other expenses necessary to ensure the UVF’s activities.”.
3. Paragraph 4 of Section I shall be stated as follows:
“4. The main directions for the use of budget funds are:
1) financial support for business initiatives of veterans, their family members, and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine;
2) support for employment of veterans;
3) support for social adaptation of veterans, their family members, and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine;
4) support for psychological rehabilitation of veterans, their family members, and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine;
5) support for sports rehabilitation of veterans;
6) support for veteran movement initiatives;
7) implementation of educational projects for veterans;
8) informational support for veterans;
9) support for healthcare for veterans, their family members, and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine;
10) implementation of other measures aimed at supporting veterans, their family members, and families of fallen defenders of Ukraine.”.
4. Paragraph 1 of Section II shall be stated as follows:
“1. The UVF, as the main manager of budget funds, ensures the targeted and effective use of budget funds in accordance with the purpose established by this Procedure and within the limits of the approved budget allocations.”.
