This is an order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the temporary assignment of duties of the Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine to Lesia Arkadiivna Karnaukh, who is the First Deputy Head of this service.
The structure of the order consists of the title, preamble, and one clause. The order does not contain any amendments to previous versions, as it is a one-time act on temporary appointment.
The most important provision of this order is the temporary assignment of duties of the Head of the STS to the First Deputy Head, which ensures the continuity of leadership of the tax service until the appointment of a new Head in the prescribed manner.
