This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns personnel matters in the State Tax Service of Ukraine. It envisages the dismissal of Ruslan Andriyovych Kravchenko from the post of Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. The basis for the dismissal is the agreement of the parties, according to paragraph 3 of part one of Article 83 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”.
The structure of the order consists of the title, the preamble containing the decision on dismissal, a reference to the legislative basis, the signature of the Prime Minister of Ukraine, and the index.
The main provision of the order is the direct dismissal of R.A. Kravchenko from the post of Head of the STS of Ukraine on the basis of an agreement of the parties. This means that the dismissal took place by mutual agreement between R.A. Kravchenko and the body authorized to dismiss from office.
