The law consists of two clauses. The first clause directly excludes clause 19 of the section “Concluding and Transitional Provisions” of the Civil Code of Ukraine. The second clause specifies the date of entry into force of the law – three months from the day following the day of its publication.

Most importantly, from the moment this Law comes into force, the provision regarding the suspension of the statute of limitations, which was temporarily enacted, will no longer apply.
