**On Amending Paragraph 1.4 of Section 1 of the Methodology for Calculating the Amounts of Compensation for Damages Caused to the State as a Result of Excess Emissions of Pollutants into the Ambient Air**

* The order consists of four points.
* It amends paragraph 1.4 of section 1 of the Methodology, approved by the order of the Ministry of Energy and Environmental Protection of Ukraine dated April 28, 2020 No. 277.
* The changes provide for additions regarding the possibility of involving specialists in criminal proceedings in inspections in the field of atmospheric air protection.
* The order comes into force from the date of its official publication.
