Concerning the Amendment to Paragraph 173 of the Regulation on the Military Service of Citizens of Ukraine in the Armed Forces of Ukraine 1. Внести зміну до пункту 173 Положення про проходження громадянами України військової служби у Збройних Силах України, затвердженого Указом Президента України від 10 грудня 2008 року № 1153 (зі змінами, внесеними Указами від 30 грудня 2016 року № 581, від 17 грудня 2018 року № 416 та від 17 травня 2019 року № 220), виклавши його в такій редакції: “173. Військовослужбовці (крім військовослужбовців строкової військової служби) у разі звільнення з військової служби за віком, у зв’язку із скороченням штатів або проведенням організаційних заходів, закінченням строку контракту, систематичним невиконанням умов контракту командуванням, на підставах, передбачених підпунктами “ґ”, “д”, “е” пункту 1 частини п’ятої статті 26 Закону України “Про військовий обов’язок і військову службу”, та особи, звільнені з військової служби у зв’язку з припиненням (розірванням) контракту та позбавленням військового звання відповідно до Дисциплінарного статуту Збройних Сил України, мають право на одноразову грошову допомогу в розмірі 50 відсотків місячного грошового забезпечення за кожний повний рік служби за умови вислуги 10 років і більше.”. 1. To amend paragraph 173 of the Regulation on the Military Service of Citizens of Ukraine in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, approved by Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 1153 of December 10, 2008 (as amended by Decrees No. 581 of December 30, 2016, No. 416 of December 17, 2018, and No. 220 of May 17, 2019), by stating it in the following wording: “173. Servicemen (except for conscript servicemen) in the event of discharge from military service due to age, due to staff reductions or organizational measures, expiration of the contract, systematic non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the command, on the grounds provided for in subparagraphs “ґ”, “д”, “е” of paragraph 1 of part five of Article 26 of the Law of Ukraine “On Military Duty and Military Service”, and persons dismissed from military service in connection with the termination (cancellation) of the contract and deprivation of military rank in accordance with the Disciplinary Statute of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are entitled to a one-time financial assistance in the amount of 50 percent of the monthly monetary allowance for each full year of service, provided they have 10 years or more of service.”
