RESOLUTION
on Directing a Deputy Inquiry Regarding Posthumous Awarding of the Hero of Ukraine Title
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves:
1. To direct a deputy inquiry to the President of Ukraine regarding the posthumous awarding of the title Hero of Ukraine to Sergeant Yaroslav Serhiyovych Shynkarenko, who served as a reconnaissance platoon commander in the 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade.
2. The inquiry is based on the support of 242 people’s deputies of Ukraine and aims to recognize the heroism and exceptional courage demonstrated by Sergeant Shynkarenko during the defense of Ukraine.
3. This resolution is adopted in accordance with Article 86 of the Constitution of Ukraine and Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Status of People’s Deputies of Ukraine”.
4. The resolution shall enter into force upon its adoption.
