Resolution Essence:
A list of positions in tax and customs authorities of Ukraine is established, for which knowledge of English is mandatory. The resolution covers both central apparatuses of the State Tax Service and State Customs Service, as well as their territorial bodies. The document enters into force 4 years after the end of martial law.

Key Provisions:
1. In the State Tax Service, knowledge of English is mandatory for all senior management, heads of departments and directorates, as well as specialists working in areas of international cooperation, transfer pricing, and legislative adaptation to EU norms.
2. In the State Customs Service, the requirement extends to a broader range of positions, including inspectors of customs clearance departments at border crossing points.
3. Special emphasis is placed on digital transformation leadership positions (CDTO) in both agencies, indicating the priority of this direction.
