Essence of Changes:
The Resolution amends the procedure for compensating internally displaced persons (IDPs) for damaged/destroyed real estate as a result of Russian aggression. The main changes relate to the procedure for verifying property rights to residential properties and interaction between state bodies in forming the list of compensation recipients.

1. The procedure for verifying property rights has been clarified – it is now clearly specified that property rights to specifically “residential” real estate objects are being verified.
2. A new mechanism for generating information about property rights in combat or occupied territories has been added – the Pension Fund will use the official list of such territories.
3. Terms for submitting information have been changed: the Pension Fund has 3 working days to transfer data to the Ministry of Development, and the Ministry of Development has 2 working days to form the list of recipients and transfer it to the Ministry of Social Policy.
