**On the Approval of the Procedure for Forming the Wage Fund of Civil Servants in a State Body** Відповідно до частини третьої статті 50 Закону України «Про державну службу» Кабінет Міністрів України постановляє: In accordance with part three of Article 50 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service,” the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decrees: 1. Затвердити Порядок формування фонду оплати праці державних службовців у державному органі, що додається. 2. To approve the Procedure for Forming the Wage Fund of Civil Servants in a State Body, which is attached. 3. Визнати такими, що втратили чинність, постанови Кабінету Міністрів України згідно з переліком, що додається. 4. To recognize as invalid the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list that is attached. 5. Міністерствам, іншим центральним органам виконавчої влади у тримісячний строк привести власні нормативно-правові акти у відповідність із цією постановою. 6. Ministries and other central executive bodies shall, within a three-month period, bring their own regulatory legal acts into compliance with this resolution. 7. Ця постанова набирає чинності з дня опублікування. 8. This resolution shall enter into force on the day of its publication. Фонд оплати праці формується на календарний рік. 4. The wage fund is formed for a calendar year. 5. До складу фонду оплати праці входять кошти, передбачені для виплати: 6. The wage fund includes funds provided for the payment of: 7. посадових окладів; 8. official salaries; 9. надбавок за: 10. allowances for: інтенсивність праці; intensity of labor; виконання особливо важливої роботи; performance of particularly important work; вислугу років; length of service; ранг державного службовця; rank of a civil servant; 1. доплати за: 2. surcharges for: науковий ступінь; academic degree; знання та використання в роботі іноземної мови (мов); knowledge and use of a foreign language(s) in work; 1. премій; 2. bonuses; 3. матеріальної допомоги для вирішення соціально-побутових питань та допомоги для оздоровлення під час надання щорічної відпустки; 4. financial assistance to address social and living issues and assistance for health improvement during the provision of annual leave; 5. інших виплат, передбачених законодавством. 6. other payments provided by law. 7. Обсяг фонду оплати праці визначається на основі: 8. The size of the wage fund is determined based on: 9. штатного розпису державного органу; 10. the staff schedule of the state body; 11. передбачених законодавством умов оплати праці державних службовців; 12. the conditions of remuneration of civil servants provided for by law; 13. затвердженого кошторису державного органу. 14. the approved estimate of the state body. 15. Під час формування фонду оплати праці обов’язково враховуються: 16. When forming the wage fund, the following must be taken into account: 17. розмір посадових окладів, надбавок, доплат та інших виплат, установлених законодавством; 18. the amount of official salaries, allowances, surcharges and other payments established by law; 19. чисельність державних службовців; 20. the number of civil servants; 21. фактичний фонд оплати праці за попередній рік; 22. the actual wage fund for the previous year; 23. прогнозний рівень інфляції; 24. the projected inflation rate; 25. необхідність забезпечення виплати допомоги для оздоровлення під час надання щорічної відпустки в розмірі, що не перевищує середньомісячну заробітну плату державного службовця. 26. the need to ensure the payment of assistance for health improvement during the provision of annual leave in an amount not exceeding the average monthly salary of a civil servant. 27.
