This document is a notification from the National Bank of Ukraine regarding the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies and SDR (Special Drawing Rights) for a specific date – June 24, 2025.
The document structure is simple: it is a table containing a list of foreign currencies and SDRs, their numeric and alphabetic codes, the number of units of currency/SDR, and the official exchange rate of the hryvnia to them. It is important to note that these rates are used for accounting purposes, for NBU transactions with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine (DKSU), and in other cases defined by the legislation of Ukraine.
The most important provision is that the National Bank of Ukraine does not undertake any obligation to buy or sell the specified currencies at these rates. This means that the official rate is a benchmark, but the actual rate on the foreign exchange market may differ.
