This order of the Ministry of Finance introduces technical amendments to the previous order No. 67 dated 03.02.2025 regarding accounting in the public sector.
Structurally, the order contains 4 points: amendments to the previous order, instructions to the Accounting Methodology Department, procedure for entry into force, and execution control.
The main changes consist of:
1. Replacing the word “name” with “designation” in the respective cases
2. Clarifying formulations regarding the Typical Form – the word “table” has been added
3. Excluding certain paragraphs and corresponding renumbering of subsequent paragraphs
4. Changing the numbering of points (point 5 becomes point 4)
These changes are technical in nature and aimed at clarifying terminology and document structure regarding accounting in the public sector. The order enters into force from the day of official publication.
