Analysis of the Decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of October 8, 2024

Introduction

The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine adopted a decision regarding the application of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions), which came into effect based on the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 698/2024 dated October 8, 2024.
