On Amending Item 2-6 of the Rules for Crossing the State Border by Citizens of Ukraine

Essence of the Resolution:
Amendments have been made to the Rules for Crossing the State Border of Ukraine, which concern exceptions for certain categories of citizens regarding travel restrictions. In particular, it is established that restrictions do not apply to persons specified in paragraphs 1 and 2 of part three of Article 23 of the Law “On Mobilization Preparation and Mobilization”, as well as in paragraph 2-14 of the Border Crossing Rules.

Structure and Changes:
The resolution introduces a specific amendment to paragraph 2-6 of the State Border Crossing Rules, supplementing it with a new sentence regarding exceptions to restrictions. This is a continuation of a series of amendments to the base resolution No. 57 from 1995, the latest of which were made on March 7, 2025.
