Essence of Changes:
The order expands the list of persons subject to a special procedure for removal from and registration for military accounting. Now this procedure extends to employees of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU), prosecutor’s office, tax and customs services who have special ranks or class ranks.
Structure and Main Provisions:
1. This is an amendment to the existing Procedure dated 10.12.2021 No. 434/378
2. The amendment is made by supplementing paragraph 3 of Section I with a new paragraph
3. The order is coordinated with the heads of the respective services and agencies
4. The document enters into force on the day of official publication
Key Aspects for Application:
– Changes apply only to employees with special ranks and class ranks
– Four categories of civil servants are covered: employees of NABU, prosecutor’s office, tax and customs services
– For these categories, a special military accounting procedure is established, which is carried out by decision of the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense
– The procedure applies to both removal from and registration for military accounting
