This order approves the Regulations on the Support Service for Military Personnel and Their Family Members in the System of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The document defines the organizational principles for the implementation and activities of support services in the Ministry of Defense, Armed Forces of Ukraine, and State Special Transport Service. The main goal is to support military personnel, especially those wounded, and their family members, as well as families of fallen soldiers.
Structurally, the document consists of three sections: general provisions, tasks and functions of the support service, and specifics of organizational activities. The Regulations elaborate on the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 948 dated 20.08.2024 regarding the organization of support services.
