Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/2663 of 8 October 2024
This Regulation implements changes to Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 concerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities, and bodies in view of the situation in Tunisia.
Amendment to Annex I
Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 101/2011 is amended as follows:
- The entries for two individuals in Sections A and B are deleted.
Deleted Entries
- Entry 18: Moez Ben Moncef Ben Mohamed Trabelsi
- Entry 21: Houssem Ben Mohamed Naceur Ben Mohamed Trabelsi
As a result, these individuals are no longer subject to the restrictive measures outlined in Regulation (EU) No 101/2011.
Entry into Force
This Regulation enters into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
