The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by its order dated October 4, 2024, No. 953-r, has deemed it appropriate to attract funds for the implementation of the systematic project “Program ‘Support for Reconstruction through Smart Fiscal Management’ (SURGE).”

The government has decided to attract:

• a loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the amount of 450 million USD;
• a credit from the International Development Association in the amount of 300 million USD.

These financial resources will be directed towards the implementation of the aforementioned SURGE program.

The order is signed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
