This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns the allocation of funds from the reserve fund of the state budget to prevent man-made emergencies.
The document envisages the redistribution of expenditures within the budget allocations of the Ministry of Finance for 2025, namely: reducing the financing of additional subsidies to local budgets and increasing the amount of the reserve fund. Funds are allocated from the reserve fund to regional state administrations (for regional military administrations) for the purchase of fuel and lubricants to ensure the operation of generators during the autumn-winter period.
The most important provisions are the specific amounts allocated to each region, as well as the obligation of regional administrations to approve the list of expenditures and submit a report on the use of funds within the specified deadlines.
