The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by its order dated October 4, 2024, No. 954-r, made a decision to transfer certain individually identified property into the ownership of the territorial communities of the Ternopil region. According to this decision, specific special fire trucks are being transferred to local communities.
The annex to the order contains a list of the property being transferred, with detailed information about each item, in particular:

- Special fire truck MAGIRUS-DEUTZ 135 D12F, 1973 model year, chassis number 4500014710 – transferred to Pochayiv Territorial Community.
- Two special fire trucks AC-40(130)-63B, ZIL 431412, 1992 model year, chassis numbers N3191609 and N3284447 – transferred to Pochayiv Territorial Community.
