[:uk]Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1134 dated October 1, 2024, amends paragraph 34 of the Procedure for Calling Citizens to Military Service during Mobilization in a Special Period. This amendment pertains to the timelines for determining the time of dispatch of conscripts to the place of service.
In particular, in the second sentence of the fourth paragraph of paragraph 34, the words “is determined no earlier than the fourteenth day” are replaced with “from the locality which is the administrative center of the region, is determined within seven days, and from other localities – within ten days.” Thus, previously, the time of dispatch for conscripts was determined no earlier than 14 days, but now this timeframe has been shortened and differentiated depending on the place of residence of the conscript.
From now on, for conscripts residing in the administrative centers of regions, the time of dispatch to military units will be determined within seven days. For those living in other localities, this timeframe will be ten days. This will allow for a faster mobilization process and more efficient organization of the dispatch of conscripts.
This change is aimed at optimizing mobilization measures and takes into account the logistical features depending on the place of residence of citizens. A clear definition of timelines will help military recruitment offices to plan the conscription process more effectively and ensure timely replenishment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the special period.[:]
