On the Accounting Price of Banking Metals

This is a daily notification from the National Bank of Ukraine establishing accounting prices for banking metals (gold, silver, platinum, and palladium) as of January 10, 2025. The document sets accounting prices per troy ounce for each of the four banking metals: gold – 113,072.28 UAH, silver – 1,285.05 UAH, platinum – 40,527.78 UAH, palladium – 39,350.63 UAH. It is important to note that these prices are reference prices and do not create obligations for the NBU to buy or sell banking metals at the specified prices. Such quotations are used by banks and financial institutions for accounting and valuation of banking metals.

On the Official Exchange Rate of Hryvnia to Foreign Currencies

This is a daily notification from the National Bank of Ukraine establishing the official exchange rate of hryvnia to 35 foreign currencies as of 10.01.2025. The document contains a table with currency rates, where each currency has its digital and literal code, number of units, full name, and official rate relative to hryvnia. Among the main currencies: US dollar – 42.2825 UAH, euro – 43.5594 UAH, pound sterling – 51.9589 UAH. A key note is that these rates are intended for accounting purposes, NBU operations with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, and other cases specified by law. The NBU does not undertake to buy or sell currencies at these rates.

On Accepting the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Identification and Electronic Trust Services”

Resolution on Amending the Agenda of the Twelfth Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Ninth Convocation

Resolution on Approving the Form and Requirements for the Content of Conclusions Regarding the Issuance of an Integrated Environmental Permit (Amendments Thereto)

Resolution on Approving the Procedure for Information Exchange between the State Forest Resources Agency, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the State Tax Service, and the State Customs Service Regarding Timber and Wood Product Operations

This concerns the purchase, sale, processing, export, and import of timber materials. [Regarding the Resolution on Amending Item 3 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 343 dated May 18, 2016]

[Certain Issues of Extending the Validity of a Temporary Certificate of Ukrainian Citizenship during Martial Law]

The resolution regulates the procedure for extending temporary certificates of Ukrainian citizenship for citizens of the Russian Federation and Belarus who obtained Ukrainian citizenship from February 24, 2020. The document establishes a free procedure for extending certificates for 12 months after the termination of martial law. Structurally, the resolution consists of a single item containing a detailed description of procedures: extension of certificate validity, application procedure, grounds for refusal, and the procedure for restoring lost or stolen certificates. Key provisions of the resolution:
– Applications for extension are accepted by territorial bodies of the State Migration Service at the place of application or by embassies/consulates abroad

[On Authorizing O. Kuleba to Sign a Joint Statement between Ukraine and the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (EUROCONTROL) on Extending the Agreement between Ukraine and EUROCONTROL Regarding the Implementation of the European Voluntary Air Navigation Solidarity Fund]
