This is a daily notification from the National Bank of Ukraine establishing accounting prices for banking metals as of 29.11.2024. The document sets accounting prices for four types of banking metals: gold (XAU) – 110,078.18 UAH, silver (XAG) – 1,252.04 UAH, platinum (XPT) – 38,841.56 UAH, and palladium (XPD) – 40,891.80 UAH per troy ounce.

On the Official Exchange Rate of Hryvnia to Foreign Currencies
This is a daily notification from the National Bank of Ukraine establishing the official exchange rate of hryvnia to 35 foreign currencies as of 29.11.2024. The document contains a table with currency rates, where for each currency its digital and literal code, number of units, full name, and official rate relative to hryvnia are indicated. Among the main currencies: US dollar – 41.5956 UAH, euro – 43.8626 UAH, pound sterling – 52.6871 UAH.
It is important to note that these rates are used for accounting purposes, for NBU operations with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, and in other cases specified by law. The NBU does not undertake obligations to buy and sell the specified currencies at these rates.
On Amending Paragraph 27 of the Procedure for Providing the Comprehensive Electronic Public Service “eMalyatko”
The resolution amends the procedure for providing the “eMalyatko” service regarding the method of document delivery to the applicant. Instead of the possibility of receiving documents by recommended mail at the applicant’s expense, a delivery option is introduced to the place of residence through a paid service of Civil Registration Offices.
Structurally, the resolution contains only one amendment to paragraph 27 of the basic Procedure dated 11.08.2023 No. 853, which concerns the document delivery mechanism.
The key point is that document delivery is now carried out as a separate paid service by Civil Registration Offices in accordance with the Procedure approved by the Ministry of Justice Order No. 3335/5 dated 27.12.2010. This changes the previous mechanism, which used standard mail delivery at the applicant’s expense.
On Approving the Procedure for Return (Replacement) of Unsuitable and Dangerous Food Products
The Procedure establishes the process for returning or replacing low-quality food products and regulates relations between consumers and sellers in such cases.
