Order Introducing Technical Amendments to the Procedure for Conducting State Expertise of Comprehensive Information Protection Systems in Information Systems of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine dated 13.09.2024 No. 630. Structurally, the order consists of 4 points and contains amendments to the main document and its appendices. Most changes relate to terminology and formatting – replacing the word ‘term’ with ‘period’, clarifying the titles of appendices, correcting punctuation, etc. Key substantive changes:
– Requirements for the compliance of the Comprehensive Information Protection System (CIPS) with regulatory documents on technical information protection have been clarified
– The procedure for reporting on the functioning status of the CIPS has been modified
– Certain notes and explanations in the appendices have been removed
– Requirements for the preparation of expert opinions and declarations have been updated
