This order introduces technical amendments to the previous order of the Ministry of Defense No. 615 dated 10.09.2024 regarding logistics points. The changes concern exclusively editorial clarifications of wording, correction of spelling errors, and specification of references to the regulatory framework. Structurally, the order consists of 4 points that amend the preamble and three sections of the previous order No. 615. The changes include clarification of the reference to a specific paragraph of point 3 in the preamble, correction of spelling errors (‘значені’ to ‘значенні’, ‘Посольствах’ to ‘посольства’), and clarification of terminology usage (‘Положення’ to ‘положення’, ‘Міністерства оборони України (далі – Міноборони)’ to ‘Міноборони’).
The key point is that these changes do not affect the essence and mechanism of functioning of logistics points, but only improve the legal technique of the document. The order comes into force from the day of its official publication.
