    ### 1. Substance of the Act
    This Order of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine approves the Criteria for nominating candidates for the Award of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for a significant contribution to ensuring the energy resilience of Ukraine, as well as the unified proposal form for its conferral. The document is aimed at the systematic recognition of employees of the electric power industry for heroism, emergency response and accident rectification, and ensuring the stable operation of the power system, particularly under martial law and during the mitigation of the consequences of armed aggression.     * **Qualifying Period:** The Committee evaluates the candidate’s achievements exclusively for the last 12 months preceding the date of submission of the proposal.
    * **Key Areas (Criteria) of Evaluation:**
    1. *Participation in the energy front:* work in conditions of increased risk to life, in frontline, shelled, or mined de-occupied territories.
    2. *Ensuring resilience:* rapid accident rectification, implementation of distributed generation, cogeneration, and engineering protection of critical infrastructure facilities.
    3. *Innovation and leadership:* implementation of Smart Grid technologies, digital control systems, energy efficiency, and mentorship.
    * **Procedural Form:** The nomination of a candidate shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the approved proposal form through the Award Committee.
