This resolution amends the Procedure for the Establishment and Operation of a System of Operational and Technical Management of Public Electronic Communications Networks. The amendments concern the expansion of the list of bodies participating in the operational and technical management of electronic communications networks.
The structure of the resolution consists of a single clause that amends paragraph two of subparagraph 5 of paragraph 16 of the Procedure approved by CMU Resolution No. 75 of January 24, 2025. The changes consist of supplementing the list of bodies related to the operational and technical management system by including the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU).
The most important provision is the inclusion of NABU in the list of bodies participating in the system of operational and technical management of electronic communications networks, which may expand NABU’s capabilities in the context of investigating corruption crimes, especially in emergency situations, states of emergency, or martial law.
