The NBU sets the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies and SDRs for accounting purposes. These rates are used for reflection in accounting records and transactions with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. The rates are indicative and not binding for foreign exchange transactions in the market, therefore the NBU does not undertake obligations to buy or sell these currencies at these rates.
Decree of the President of Ukraine on the appointment of state scholarships to prominent figures in culture and arts:
The President of Ukraine appoints state scholarships to prominent figures in culture and arts, for life or for two years. Scholarships are awarded to specific individuals listed, for their contribution to the relevant field. The decree provides for the continuation of scholarships already awarded for a specified period.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on approval of the procedure for creation, amendment and maintenance of the Unified Register of Qualifications – Classification of Professions:
The Cabinet of Ministers approves the procedure for creating and maintaining the Unified Register of Qualifications, an automated system with information on professions and standards. The National Agency for Qualifications is the administrator of the register, ensuring data exchange with other state databases. The procedure for entering information into the Register, accessing it, and protecting data is established. The register contains information on professions, qualifications, professional standards, qualification centers, and documents on professional qualifications.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to Regulatory Acts Regarding State Support for Persons with Special Educational Needs:
The Cabinet of Ministers introduces amendments to regulatory acts for clearer accounting of psychological-pedagogical and correctional-developmental classes (services) for persons with special educational needs. The mandatory journal for recording such classes and the need for parents to confirm the fact of their receipt are introduced. Confirmation may be in paper or electronicin electronic form.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the use of grant funds from the European Investment Bank (EIB) for the project “Renewable Energy Solutions (RES)”:
The Cabinet of Ministers determines the mechanism for using grant funds from the EIB for the implementation of projects in the field of renewable energy. The funds will be allocated to the Ministry of Community Development and Territories to provide subventions to local budgets. The subvention is provided for projects implemented in the territories specified in the Grant Agreement with the EIB, provided that the object is in communal ownership and the communities are able to ensure further financing.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on amendments to the Procedure for the Formation and Operation of the National Youth Council:
Amendments have been made to the procedure for the formation of the National Youth Council. The procedure for rating electronic voting has been clarified, quotas for youth organizations have been changed, and a quota for war veterans who are members of youth associations has been added. An important step is the introduction of a separate quota for war veterans within youth associations to ensure their representation in youth policy.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to Resolution No. 1361 Regarding the Execution of the State Budget under Martial Law:

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Amendments to the Licensing of Exports of Goods to the Countries of the European Union:
Amendments have been made to the licensing of exports of certain goods to EU countries. A new Appendix 7 has been added, which defines the volumes of additional quotas for the export of sugar, poultry, and turkey meat to EU countries. Licensing is valid until December 31, 2025, and quotas are distributed proportionally to the volume of exports for a specified period.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Coordination of Activities of the State Service of Ukraine for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre (StateGeoCadastre):
The specifics of coordination of the StateGeoCadastre’s activities until the end of 2025 have been determined. StateGeoCadastre temporarily comes under the direct management of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and coordination is carried out through the Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
