This resolution amends the procedure for leasing state and municipal property during martial law. In particular, it regulates the transfer for lease of state property acquired as a result of auctions for the sale of property of liquidated banks.

The resolution consists of one clause that amends Resolution No. 634 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated May 27, 2022. The amendments concern the addition of clause 13-6, which defines the peculiarities of the transfer for lease of state property acquired at auctions for the sale of property of liquidated banks.

* For the period of martial law and 6 months after its cancellation, such property is transferred for lease without an auction.
* The lessee is the bank being liquidated, and the balance holder is the institution on whose balance sheet the property is held.
* Subleasing of such property is prohibited, except for transfer to other banks being liquidated.
* The rent is set at UAH 1 per object of lease per month.
* An independent valuation of such property is not carried out.
