This Decree of the President of Ukraine confers the title of Hero of Ukraine to Amirjanian Aleksan Volodymyrovych (posthumously) for personal courage and heroism displayed in the protection of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
The Decree consists of a single clause conferring the title of Hero of Ukraine with the award of the “Golden Star” Order to Senior Soldier Amirjanian A.V. (posthumously).
The most important provision of this Decree is the state’s recognition of the heroic act of the serviceman and the honoring of his memory with the highest state award.
