**1. Essence of the document**
This resolution updates the Licensing Conditions for Conducting Medical Practice, adapting them to modern professional standards in the healthcare sector. * **Substitution therapy:** It is clearly stipulated that opioid agonist maintenance treatment for persons with opioid use disorders is carried out exclusively in accordance with the procedure approved by the Ministry of Health.
* **Personnel requirements:** The licensee is obliged to conclude employment contracts with the declared specialists within one month after receiving the license. In case of inability to do so, the licensee must officially notify the licensing authority.
* **Prohibition of positions:** It is prohibited to introduce positions that are not included in the List of Professions (Positions) of Healthcare Workers (Order of the Ministry of Health No. 1065 dated 05.07.2025).
