In the case of Horanin v. Ukraine, the ECtHR found a violation of Article 3 of the Convention due to ill-treatment by police officers and the lack of an effective investigation. In the case of Vorobyov and Vykhrystyuk v. Ukraine, the ECtHR found a violation of property rights due to the impossibility of inheriting an apartment. In the case of Moshin v. Ukraine, the ECtHR found the demolition of the applicant’s хозяйственное помещение (utility room) illegal, emphasizing the need to respect the principle of the rule of law.
