Regulation 2023/1115 on deforestation-free products (EUDR): This regulation aims to combat global deforestation by prohibiting the placing or making available on the EU market of cattle, cocoa, coffee, palm oil, rubber, soy and wood, as well as derived products, that are linked to deforestation or forest degradation after 31 December 2020. Operators and traders must exercise due diligence to ensure that these products are deforestation-free and legally produced.
