This is an order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which assigns ranks of civil servants to certain officials in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”. The order assigns the second and third ranks of civil servant.
The structure of the order includes a preamble with reference to Article 39 of the Law of Ukraine “On Civil Service”, as well as a list of persons to whom the relevant ranks are assigned. The list indicates the last name, first name, patronymic, and position of the person.
The most important provision of this order is the direct assignment of ranks to civil servants, as this affects their status, remuneration, and other aspects of civil service.
