This Decree of the President of Ukraine confers the military rank of Brigadier General upon Colonel Vitalii Viktorovych Skorbatyuk, who holds the position of First Deputy Chief of the Regional Directorate – Chief of Staff of the Southern Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The structure of the Decree is simple: it contains a declarative part on the conferral of the rank, an indication of the position of the person to whom the rank is conferred, and the signature of the President of Ukraine, the date and number of the Decree.
