This resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine terminates the Agreement between Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus on cooperation and mutual assistance in customs matters, which was concluded on September 22, 2000, in Minsk. In effect, Ukraine is terminating the agreement with Belarus on cooperation in customs matters.
