Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 140-r dated February 11, 2026, provides for the transfer of certain assets from the State Property Fund to the joint-stock company “Ukrainian Defense Industry”. These assets were recovered as state revenue on the basis of a decision of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
The structure of the order includes the main part, which defines the fact of the transfer of assets, and an annex, which provides a detailed list of these assets. The list contains 148 items, each of which describes specific components, such as nose panels, flap mechanisms, gearboxes, leading-edge slat mechanism rails, elevators, wing mechanization units, fuselage, air intake, nozzle, pylons, keel, rudders and elevators, ventral fin and stabilizer, indicating their drawings and quantity.
The most important provision of this order is the specific list of assets to be transferred. This is important for the identification and accounting of property that is transferred to the ownership of “Ukrainian Defense Industry”, as well as to ensure the transparency of the process of transferring assets recovered as state revenue.
