This order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerns personnel matters in executive authorities. It stipulates the dismissal of a specific individual, namely Zaverukha Volodymyr Oleksandrovych, from the position of Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
The order consists of a title, a preamble containing the direct decision on dismissal, a reference to the legislative basis for such a decision (paragraph four of part two of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Central Executive Authorities”), as well as the signature of the Prime Minister of Ukraine and an index.
The most important provision of this order is the direct fact of the dismissal of a person from office, which entails the termination of their powers and responsibilities in that position.
