    3. **Main Provisions:**
    * Licenses not used in 2025 are valid until March 1, 2026.
    * Deviations of the actual value, quantity or weight of the goods being licensed from those specified in the license are allowed, but not by more than 5%.
    * The Ministry of Economy, Environmental Protection and Agriculture is responsible for licensing and entering information about licenses into the “Single Window for International Trade” system.
    * The State Customs Service enters data on export/import volumes into the “Single Window” and submits reports to the Ministry of Economy.
