Good day! Here is a brief analysis of the provided order of the State Security Administration of Ukraine:

    1. **Essence of the law:** The order amends the Instruction on the Procedure for Field Allowances to Servicemen of the State Security Administration of Ukraine. The changes concern the amount of payments, the place of their accrual, and the elimination of outdated terminology.

    2. **Structure and main provisions:**
    * The order consists of four points.
    * Amendments are made to point 1 of the Instruction, which defines the amount of field allowances at 100% of the per diem established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for business trips within Ukraine.
    * In point 6 of the Instruction, the words “outside the point of permanent deployment of the regional unit” are replaced with “outside the permanent place of service,” which expands the geography of the application of field allowances.
    * The word “order” is excluded from the text of the Instruction.
    * The order comes into force from the date of its official publication.

    3. **Key provisions for use:**
    * UDO servicemen will receive field allowances in the amount of 100% of the per diem for the time spent in training centers, at training grounds, and in combat training outside their permanent place of service.
    * Payments are made regardless of whether the servicemen are outside the point of permanent deployment of the regional unit, but simply outside the permanent place of service.
