This order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine introduces technical amendments to the previous order No. 604 of September 14, 2025, which concerns the recognition of participants in combat operations, participants in war, and the procedure for issuing relevant certificates and benefits.
The structure of the order includes:
1. Corrections to paragraph 1 of order No. 604 regarding amendments to the preamble of order No. 369 of November 10, 2022.
2. Amendments to the Regulations on the commissions of the Ministry of Defense on consideration of materials on recognition as a participant in combat operations and resolution of disputes regarding length of service.
3. Amendments to the Instruction on the procedure for issuing certificates of a participant in combat operations, badges, and travel vouchers.
The main provisions of the order concern the clarification of wording and correction of grammatical errors in previous documents governing the procedure for recognizing participants in combat operations, participants in war, and granting them appropriate benefits, as well as the procedure for issuing relevant documents.
The most important thing to use is that this order makes adjustments to the procedures related to obtaining the status of a participant in combat operations and related benefits, therefore, interested persons should take these changes into account when оформленні (oforленні) documents.
