Resolution on Amendments to the Procedure for Granting Combatant Status and Functioning of the Unified State Register of War Veterans
The resolution introduces changes to the procedure for granting combatant status and the functioning of the Unified State Register of War Veterans. The application form for obtaining combatant status has been changed, and now a new form must be used (Appendix 8). Legal representatives and family members of prisoners of war or missing persons can obtain information from the register by providing relevant documents.
Resolution on the Procedure for Using Funds to Protect the Rights and Interests of Ukrainian Citizens Abroad
It is allowed to pay for travel to Ukraine for wounded military personnel who underwent treatment abroad, and the procedure for paying for the evacuation of citizens from countries with emergency situations has been clarified. The limits of assistance that diplomatic missions can provide have been increased, and the list of documents for obtaining assistance has been detailed. The procedure for providing assistance to Ukrainians illegally detained by the aggressor state has also been clarified.
Resolution on Submitting Information on Objects of Taxation
Amendments have been made to the procedure for submitting information on real estate objects. Now, information on residential and non-residential real estate is submitted in accordance with the procedure for calculating real estate tax (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 476 of May 31, 2012). This should align the procedure for submitting information on real estate with the requirements of tax legislation.

Resolution on an Experimental Project for Identifying the Bodies of the Deceased Using Biometric Data
The government is introducing an experimental project to identify the bodies of those who died as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation. Identification will be carried out using biometric data, such as fingerprinting and photographs. The project will last one year and will use existing state information systems and databases.
Resolution on Financing the Meals of Students in General Secondary Education Institutions
The resolution regulates the financing of meals for students in general secondary education institutions. The list of students covered by the subsidy for meals has been expanded, and the mechanisms for using these funds have been clarified. The subsidy is directed to one-time meals for students of primary, basic, and specialized secondary education from certain regions that are under state protection.
