This is an order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, which concerns personnel matters. It stipulates the dismissal of a specific individual, Yegor Yevhenovych Perelygin, from the position of Deputy Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine.
The structure of the order is simple: the stating part, which indicates the basis for the dismissal, and the operative part, which directly carries out the dismissal from the position. The basis for the dismissal is paragraph four of part two of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Central Bodies of Executive Power”.
The most important provision of this order is the very fact of the dismissal of Perelygin Y.Y. from his position, as this signifies the termination of his powers and responsibilities in that position.
