**Substance of the law:**
The Order of the State Security Administration of Ukraine amends a previous order, excluding provisions on preferential calculation of years of service for pension entitlement. In effect, it repeals the list of positions, the service in which was credited to the length of service on preferential terms (one month for one and a half).
**Structure and Main Provisions:**
* The order consists of four points.
* Point 1 amends the title of the previous order, and also declares invalid the paragraph relating to the preferential calculation of length of service.
* Points 2-4 contain technical instructions regarding the state registration of the order, its entry into force and control over its execution.
**Key Provisions for Use:**
* The most important is the abolition of preferential calculation of length of service for certain positions in the State Security Administration of Ukraine. This means that servicemen holding these positions will no longer be entitled to credit one month of service for one and a half when determining the amount of pension.
