    On the Accounting Price of Bank Metals from the NBU

    The National Bank of Ukraine has published the accounting prices for bank metals, such as gold, silver, platinum, and palladium, as of July 4, 2025. These prices are used for accounting and reporting by financial institutions, determining the value of collateral, and analyzing the metals market, but the NBU is not obligated to buy or sell metals at these prices.

    On the Official Exchange Rate of the Hryvnia Against Foreign Currencies from the NBU

    The National Bank of Ukraine has set the official exchange rate of the hryvnia against foreign currencies and SDRs as of July 4, 2025. These rates are used for accounting and NBU’s transactions with the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. The NBU does not undertake any obligation to buy or sell currencies at these rates.

    On the Allocation of Subvention for the Support of War Veterans

    The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allocated a subvention from the state budget to local budgets for the support of war veterans, demobilized persons, and those who defended the independence of Ukraine. The funds are designated for the activities of support specialists and the payment of monetary compensation for housing rental, distributed among several regional budgets and the budget of the city of Kyiv.

    On Proposals for the Application of Sanctions (Regarding Undermining the Sovereignty of Ukraine)

    The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has submitted proposals to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDCU) regarding the application of sanctions to individuals and legal entities that undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty, and independence of Ukraine. This decision was made in response to regulations and decisions of the Council of the European Union regarding restrictive measures, and its implementation is entrusted to a number of ministries and departments.

    On Proposals for the Application of Sanctions (According to EU Decisions)

    The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has submitted proposals to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDCU) regarding the application of sanctions to individuals and legal entities based on decisions of the Council of the European Union. These proposals concern personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions). Responsibility for the implementation of the NSDCU decision and monitoring the effectiveness of sanctions is assigned to the relevant ministries and departments.

    On Proposals for the Application of Sanctions (Regarding Iran)

    The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has initiated the process of considering proposals by the NSDCU regarding the application of sanctions against individuals and legal entities associated with the Islamic Republic of Iran. Ministries and departments ensure the implementation of sanctions and monitor their effectiveness. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will inform international bodies about the application of sanctions by Ukraine.
