This order of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine introduces technical amendments to the previous order No. 1900 of June 26, 2025, which concerns changes to the Calculation of the Share of Agricultural Commodity Production. These changes clarify the wording in the calculation, in particular, regarding the accounting of income from the sale of crop and livestock products, as well as the procedure for closing income accounts.
The structure of the order is simple: it consists of four points. The first point amends specific paragraphs and subparagraphs of the previous order, clarifying the terminology and content of the calculation formulas. The second point assigns the Department of the Agrarian Market, Financial Instruments and Budget Policy the responsibility to submit this order for state registration. The third point determines the date of entry into force of the order – from the day of its official publication. The fourth point assigns control over the implementation of the order to the State Secretary of the Ministry.
The most important provision is the amendment to the wording defining the calculation of the share of agricultural commodity production, as this may affect the financial indicators and reporting of agricultural enterprises.
