This Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 868 of July 15, 2025, amends the distribution of budget funds allocated to the Ministry of Health for 2025. The essence of the changes lies in the redistribution of funds between various investment projects in the field of healthcare, as well as in making specific changes to the list of facilities financed by these funds.
Structurally, the resolution consists of three clauses and amendments to other government resolutions. The main provisions include the redistribution of funds between programs 2311800 and 2301800, as well as amendments to the appendices to Resolutions No. 271 and No. 312, which specify the objects of financing.
The most important for implementation are the amendments to the appendices, where specific construction and reconstruction projects are added or excluded, and the amounts of funding for these projects are adjusted. For example, funding has been added for the reconstruction of the complex of buildings of the National Scientific Center for Surgery and Transplantation named after O.O. Shalimov, the construction of a building for the Zaporizhzhia Regional Children’s Hospital with anti-radiation shelter, and other facilities.
